Local specialities
Rillettes made in a wood-fired oven, andouille sausage and traditional black pudding are never very far away, whether for a traditional feast, an improvised meal or to accompany a wine-tasting with one of our winegrowers. Why not try them?
You will also find honey, renowned for its sweetness and health benefits, at Mareau-aux-Prés and Jouy-le-Potier, along with royal jelly and other honey-based specialities.
